Privacy Policy

Overview

Nexo Hub ("we", "us", "the site") is a curated web directory and free web tools site built and maintained by Nexus. This policy explains what information we collect when you use app.nexorealm.org, how it's used, and what choices you have. We don't run ads, sell data, or use third-party ad-tracking of any kind.

Information We Collect

Site submissions. If you submit a site via our Submit form, we collect the site name, URL, category, description, and pricing model you provide, plus your name/handle and email if you choose to include them (both optional, used only if we need to follow up about your submission).

Anonymous usage data. We log search queries and result counts to understand what people are looking for and improve the directory. These logs aren't tied to your identity.

Local storage. Your theme preference, favorites, recently viewed sites, and display settings are saved in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device or reaches our servers — it's yours, and clearing it (via Settings → Reset, or your browser settings) removes it completely.

Cookies

Nexo Hub doesn't set tracking cookies. We rely on local storage for preferences, as described above, which works differently from cookies and isn't sent to any server on every request.

Third-Party Services

We use a small set of third-party services to run the site:

• Supabase — our database and backend, hosting site listings and submission data.
• Cloudflare Pages — hosting and content delivery.
• Google Fonts and Google's favicon service — load typefaces and site icons directly from Google.
• YouTube — some site detail pages embed a YouTube video; playing it loads content directly from YouTube, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• PayPal — processes donations on our Donate page. We never see or store your payment details.

Each of these has its own privacy practices, separate from ours.

Third-Party Sites

Nexo Hub links to hundreds of external websites. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content or privacy practices of any site you visit through our directory. We'd encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site before sharing information with it.

Children's Privacy

Nexo Hub isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your Choices

You can clear your locally stored preferences anytime from Settings → Reset. If you'd like data from a submission removed, reach out via Discord or the Submit form and we'll take care of it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
